Join a Teen Creative Writing Workshop hosted by the Gilliland Historical Resource Center, Inc.! This will be a FREE and FUN workshop for teens ages 14-17. It will be held at the Shelbyville-Bedford County Public Library every Monday and Wednesday in June from 1-3pm. Bonus activities will be included (example: field trips and Media Night at the Fly Arts Center). NOTE: Field trips will be scheduled by the Gilliland House. A stipend will be offered by the Gilliland House to participants through the 'Healing Trust' Grant - more information will be available at the first meeting. 

Parents or guardians are required to help their teen sign up for this workshop. Parents or guardians do not have to attend the session with their teen, but they are always welcome to do so. The deadline for applying is May 8th, 2025.
